Deliveries & Returns

DELIVERY

We deliver throughout mainland France and throughout Europe.

In Metropolitan France, delivery is free for purchases over €100 via Mondial Relay.

With Mondial Relay, delivery to a relay point takes on average 4 working days from the receipt of the package.

Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the type of delivery chosen.


The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the Customer from the moment the items leave the premises of Chez Vic & Léo.

The Customer is required to check in the presence of the delivery person the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery.

In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

You can pick up your orders directly from our showroom in Marseille. To do this, we will contact you by email to offer you time slots.

BACK

You have a legal period of 14 days to return products that are not suitable.

Items must be returned new and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility EXCEPT in the case of defective products.

Procedure :

The Customer must clearly and precisely notify their wish to withdraw by sending a message to the following address: sav@chezvicetleo.com

In order to process the withdrawal request as quickly as possible, the Customer is requested to indicate in their email:

  • his clear desire to retract
  • the name and brand of the product
  • the date and number of the order
  • the date of receipt of the order
  • their full contact details (surname, first name, postal address)
  • the reason for withdrawal if he agrees

At Vic & Léo, we suggest that the Customer return their products by registered mail or with additional insurance, guaranteeing, where applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of theft or loss of the goods. In all cases, the return is at the Customer's risk. It is the Customer's responsibility to retain all proof of return. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility, via Mondial Relay. Any lost or damaged return package will not be refunded.

The Customer will be informed of the receipt of their withdrawal request and its validation by email. The Customer is required to wait for this confirmation before sending the return package to the following address: Locker Casino Reboul - 11, Rue Jean Baptiste Reboul 13010 Marseille

The Customer is required to return the Product that is the subject of the withdrawal without undue delay, and at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw by following the procedure that will be indicated to him by Chez Vic & Léo in its original packaging and condition (new, labeled, unwashed, unworn, clean), accompanied by a document bearing the order number.

Chez Vic & Léo undertakes to reimburse the customer for all sums paid for the Product(s) subject to withdrawal within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the request, provided that the Products have been returned in their original condition (new, labeled, unworn, clean).

EXCHANGE

You also have 14 days to request an exchange.


Items must be returned new and in their original packaging. Return and reshipping costs are your responsibility.

To do this, contact us at sav@chezvicetleo.com to check the availability of the desired item. Enclose a piece of paper with your name and order number with your package .

PARCEL NOT COLLECTED

If you do not collect your package on time and it is returned to us and received, you have two options:

- reshipping your order with shipping costs at your expense. Shipping costs will be communicated to you and can be paid by PayPal or credit card. Actual shipping costs will be applied instead of a standard flat rate.

- cancellation of your order with a 15 euro deduction. No delivery costs paid when ordering will be refunded for shipments outside of France or Belgium.
